For now, for purpose of GLODAPv1.2, do not adjust. We need to look more closely
at these data, in particular whether these are the original or Brewer revised
(CDIAC NDP 004) total carbon data. Will be done for GLODAPv2. Plan is to follow
the Tanhua and Wallace (2005) suggested correction.
