The average of all cross-overs is 0.985 with a cruise (74AB20050501) that lower
the average.
The inversion suggests an adjustment of 1.015 WDLQ and 1.012 WSLQ.
The cross-overs with other core cruises suggests that the cruise is good and
doesn't need adjustment. The biggest offsets is between a cruise that is bigger
near the American coast (74AB20050501).
On this base I suggest no adjustment for the oxygen values.

The average of all cross overs (manual) is -3.32.
The average of all cross overs (automatic) is -2.52.
The results of the crossover with 29HE19920714 (CORE) (~-10) suggests a bias
with that cruise.
Crossovers with core cruises only (29HE19920714 omitted) suggests offsets of
-1.84(manual) and -0.89(automatic) (with crossover with 64TR19900701 omitted -
this is a poor cruise)
Inversion are very different: they suggest an upwards adjustment (6.01 and 5.05
for WLSQ and WDLSQ, respectively).
This cruise is itself defined as a core cruise - the crossover results support
this.
Both manual and automatic results fall within limits.
Based on this I don't suggest any adjustment for the 316N19970815 tco2 values.

316N19970815 - tco2 - Comment inherited from CARBOOCEAN

New inversion for phosphate in the Atlantic with 10 core cruises assigned
confirms that NO adjustment should be applied.

Mean offset of 3 cruises: -4.9
Inversion suggests +3.0 which is within the cut-off of 4.
I suggest NO adjustment, confirming CARINA.

The inversion suggest a correction of 1.0148 and the mean offset is 0.956. But
this is dominated by the crossover with 316N19810401.1. Suggest no correction.
This is completely agreement with GLODAP.

316N19970815 - phosphate - (current GLODAPv2/GLODAPv1.2 comment)
New inversion for phosphate in the Atlantic with 10 core cruises assigned
confirms that NO adjustment should be applied.

Mean offset of 3 cruises: -4.9
Inversion suggests +3.0 which is within the cut-off of 4.
I suggest NO adjustment, confirming CARINA.

The inversion suggest a correction of 1.0148 and the mean offset is 0.956. But
this is dominated by the crossover with 316N19810401.1. Suggest no correction.
This is completely agreement with GLODAP.

316N19970815 - oxygen - Comment inherited from CARBOOCEAN

The average of all cross-overs is 0.985 with a cruise (74AB20050501) that lower
the average.
