This is OISO 18. For this cruise we contacted Nicolas Metzl. His comment:
"Dear Are and colleagues
Following recent mails, please, find attached a comparison of several OISO
cruises around 51S-68E. This is not a deep station but below 600-800m this might
help to identify corrections for some cruises.
"In Jan-2010 (OISO-18, red symbols) we observed high DIC in the layer 0-200m,
but no clear differences below. Therefore, based on this comparison, as well as
for station-11 (plot sent by Are last week) , I would not correct DIC OISO-18 (8
umol/kg) as first suggested when comparing with historical WOCE data.
Hope this helps for GLODAP-V2

In and after the Bremen meeting this cruise was discussed. The tco2 data do
appear to be on the high side (also when compared to other OISO cruises. It is
a dynamic area, however, and we could be seeing an anthropogenic change.

Following recent mails, please, find attached a comparison of several OISO
cruises around 51S-68E. This is not a deep station but below 600-800m this might
help to identify corrections for some cruises.
"In Jan-2010 (OISO-18, red symbols) we observed high DIC in the layer 0-200m,
but no clear differences below. Therefore, based on this comparison, as well as
for station-11 (plot sent by Are last week) , I would not correct DIC OISO-18 (8
umol/kg) as first suggested when comparing with historical WOCE data.
