Autogenerated CTD salinity and CTD oxygen update - (current GLODAPv2/CARBOOCEAN comment)
Automated update! This overwrites adjustment values (and flags) of CTDoxy and
CTDsal with the values from BOTsal and BOToxy for every cruise, unless CTDsal
(or CTDoxy) is not present or bad.
Salinity action ID:3; no CTD salinity data. Setting CTD salinity offset to -999,
QC flag removed.
Oxygen action ID:3; no CTD oxygen data. Setting CTD oxygen offset to -999, QC
flag removed.

Autogenerated comment - salinity - (current GLODAPv2/CARBOOCEAN comment)
Auto-uploaded comment from GLODAPv2 assessment by Steven van Heuven (src:
GLODAPv2_ATL_for_Carsten.xls / 2015-01-08): : make -777. I recommend scrapping
this cruise. Profiles are shallow, thin, few, scattery and - in many cases -
severely biased. The region has sufficient coverage to compensate for this hole.

The average of all cross-overs is 0.931 revealing that this cruise is definitely
lower.
The inversion suggest an upward adjustment of 1.060 confirmed by the cross-over
with the core cruises. But all the cross-over computed with the automated
clustering are computed with only one station for this cruise.
On this evidence I can not suggest an adjustment to the oxygen values.

The average of all cross overs is 0.933, but with large variability.
The inversions suggest an adjustment of 1.16 and 1.17 for WLSQ and WDLSQ,
respectively.
The cross-overs with core-cruises do not support an adjustment.
There are large variability in the data, and few data points to base the
adjustments on.
Based on these evidence I suggest no adjustment.

The average of all cross overs is 1.030, but with large uncertainties.
The N/P ratio is 16.24, intercept -1.35.
The inversions suggest an adjustment of 0.95 and 0.94 for WLSQ and WDLSQ,
respectively.
The cross-overs with core-cruises do not support a downward adjustment.
Based on these evidence I suggest no adjustment.

The average of all cross overs is 0.919.
The N/P ratio is 16.24, intercept -1.35.
The inversions suggest an adjustment of 1.10 and 1.11 for WLSQ and WDLSQ,
respectively.
The cross-overs with core-cruises supports a downward adjustment.
Based on these evidence I suggest an adjustment of 1.11, in agreement with the
WDSLQ inversion.

Automated update! This overwrites adjustment values (and flags) of CTDoxy and
CTDsal with the values from BOTsal and BOToxy for every cruise, unless CTDsal
(or CTDoxy) is not present or bad.
Salinity action ID:3; no CTD salinity data. Setting CTD salinity offset to -999,
QC flag removed.
Oxygen action ID:3; no CTD oxygen data. Setting CTD oxygen offset to -999, QC
flag removed.

The average of all cross-overs is 0.931 revealing that this cruise is definitely

The inversion suggest an upward adjustment of 1.060 confirmed by the cross-over
with the core cruises. But all the cross-over computed with the automated
clustering are computed with only one station for this cruise.
On this evidence I can not suggest an adjustment to the oxygen values.

Automated update! This overwrites adjustment values (and flags) of CTDoxy and
CTDsal with the values from BOTsal and BOToxy for every cruise, unless CTDsal
(or CTDoxy) is not present or bad.
Salinity action ID:3; no CTD salinity data. Setting CTD salinity offset to -999,
QC flag removed.
Oxygen action ID:3; no CTD oxygen data. Setting CTD oxygen offset to -999, QC
flag removed.
