Autogenerated CTD salinity and CTD oxygen update
Automated update! This overwrites adjustment values (and flags) of CTDoxy and
CTDsal with the values from BOTsal and BOToxy for every cruise, unless CTDsal
(or CTDoxy) is not present or bad.
Salinity action ID:5; CTD salinity data good, setting CTD salinity offset and QC
flag to bottle values.
Oxygen action ID:5; CTD oxygen data good, setting CTD oxygen offset and QC flag
to bottle values.

316N20030922 - tco2
The average of all cross overs (manual) is 2.46.
The average of all cross overs (automatic) is 2.03.
Crossovers with core cruises only suggests offsets of 0.75(manual) and
0.48(automatic) (with crossover with 64TR19900701 omitted - this is a poor
cruise)
Inversion are very different: they suggest a downwards adjustment (-4.13 and
-5.14 for WLSQ and WDLSQ, respectively).
This cruise is itself defined as a core cruise - the crossover results support
this.
Both manual and automatic results fall within limits.
Based on this I don't suggest any adjustment for the 316N20030922 tco2 values.

There are 6 xovers. The fitted offset is +3.8. The suggested adjustment is 0
All inversion residuals are very close to 0 and fits inside +-2 except for
cruise
06MT20040311 (TTO-NAS Reoccupation) which suggest close to 0 offset.
Very good fit with 3 GLODAP and another 1 core cruises.
Surface alkalinity comparison against 316N19970717 dont support the fitted +3.8
offset, because the
values are very close.

The average of all cross overs is 1.018.

316N20030922 - nitrate
The average of all cross overs is 1.008.
The N/P ratio is 15.16, intercept -0.10.
The WDLSQ inversion suggest an adjustment of 0.98.
The cross-overs with other core-cruises indicates that the nitrate might be a
bit high,
but the difference is too small to supports an adjustment.
Based on these evidence I suggest no adjustment.

The average of all cross overs is 1.018.
The WDLSQ inversion suggest no adjustment.
The cross-overs with other core-cruises supports no adjustment.
Based on these evidence I suggest no adjustment.

The average of all cross-overs is 0.987.
The average is lower because of some offsets among some cruises that probably
needs to be adjusted, but the cross-overs with other core cruises reveals that
this cruise is good in oxygen.
The inversion suggests an adjustment of 1.008 or 1.006 for the WDLSQ and 1.005
for WLSQ. These are right in the treshold of permitted adjustment.
This cruise is defined a core cruises and on the base of consistency with the
other core cruises I suggest no adjustment for the oxygen values.

Becker et al. 2016:
These cruises, which took place in the tropical western Atlantic following the
A20 and A22 lines, have only one
deep station each. The crossovers of these stations with
the adjusted data of both cruise 06MT20040311 and cruise
316N19970717 show a good agreement, suggesting that no
adjustment should be applied.

06MT20040311 (TTO-NAS Reoccupation) which suggest close to 0 offset.
Very good fit with 3 GLODAP and another 1 core cruises.
Surface alkalinity comparison against 316N19970717 dont support the fitted +3.8
offset, because the
values are very close.

316N20030922 - phosphate
The average of all cross overs is 1.018.
The WDLSQ inversion suggest no adjustment.
The cross-overs with other core-cruises supports no adjustment.
Based on these evidence I suggest no adjustment.
