Changed from -16 to -4. Very large spread in determined offsets. Offsets are
particularly large with the OISO cruises. Ignoring those, this cruise appears to
be too high in the south (~-8?), and too low in the north (~+8?). Proper
adjustment requires splitting this cruise in its constituent legs (?). With
these caveats, inversions give -4, so that's what I've set.
